Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was rushed to the hospital on Saturday after complaining of dizzy spells, and aides noticed he appeared to be suffering from dehydration.

Thankfully the 73-year-old Netanyahu was released from Sheba Hospital on Sunday after doctors conducted tests on him to ensure he was in good health.

Netanyahu issued a statement saying, "Yesterday, I spent time with my wife in the Sea of Galilee, in the sun, without a hat, without water. Not a good idea. So first of all, I want to thank all of you for your concern and also to the excellent teams here at Sheba who examined me. Thank God, I feel very well, but I have only one request from you: we are going through a heat wave in the country, so I ask you, be less in the sun and drink more water and let us all have a good week."

Netanyahu may not be aware of his own limits, and it turns out that at 73 years old, he is particularly susceptible to dehydration as summer heat waves continue to blaze.

A report from Israel's Meteorological Service predicts that the low 90s Fahrenheit temperatures that Israel is experiencing will continue for the next week and suggested that people need to take precautions.

Thankfully, Netanyahu is fine, and according to the extensive medical tests he underwent, his health should stand strong for a while yet.
