Iranian Channel Threatens Assassination Of Donald Trump

 January 12, 2023

In 2022, a video clip threatening the assassination of former President Donald Trump was posted on the website of Iran's Supreme Leader.

Sickeningly, something similar has happened again.

A popular Iranian Telegram channel associated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) apparently threatened the life of America's 45th president, Donald J. Trump.

Not only was Trump targeted, but apparently other leading United States defense officials were named as well.

The video, which runs just over one minute, was published on Jan. 9 on the "Sepah Cyberi" channel.

Trump and other important Americans are called out by name, just before violent images are played on the screen such as a combat drone, sniper rifle, explosive detonator, syringe, hunting knife, handgun, and a vial of poison. Laced between the disturbing images are photographs of Trump.

Other individuals threatened in the video are General Mark Milley, Robert O'Brien, Robert Greenway, Victoria Coates, Matthew Pottinger, and Andrew Poppas.
