If Biden is guilty of bribery, he should go to jail, Ted Cruz says

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said on Hannity that he believes there is proof that President Joe Biden took bribes in exchange for political favors, and that if he did, he should be impeached and then criminally tried and sent to jail.

"Legally, I see every single day the evidence is growing and growing and growing," he said, but that no one in the mainstream media or in Congress who's a Democrat seems to care whether Biden took millions in bribes.

He then pointed out that it wasn't Hunter Biden selling "access" to his father, but that it was actually "official favors" being sold.

Joe Biden bragged about it on video when he said he got prosecutor Viktor Shokin fired after saying he would withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees -- he didn't say Shokin was prosecuting Burisma where his son sat on the board, but it was later found to be true.

That's a blatant quid pro quo if it can be proven that Burisma paid him off, but even if it was only Hunter, it's still bribery if a favor resulted.

So far, an FBI 10-23 says the quid pro quo happened, and bank records subpoenaed by Congress could prove that payments were made. That's the smoking gun many are looking for, and would be enough to destroy Joe Biden forever.
