Hunter and James Biden referred to DOJ for criminal prosecution

Joe Biden stumbles, bumbles, and fumbles his way through being America's president each day, proving with each wobbly step that he does NOT have the mental or physical ability to lead this country.

Many thought that the Biden empire would eventually collapse after Joe Biden let the sick truth slip out during a moment of dementia or confusion. That's why it's front-page news that Joe isn't even the Biden brother who is going to doom his family.

That honor belongs to Joe's brother James Biden, as well as Joe's son, Hunter Biden.

BOTH have been referred to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution as a result of the fact that "they lied under oath during testimony on Capitol Hill."

After all of Joe Biden's horrible missteps as president, it's a little ironic that it wasn't even his own actions that sent the empire crashing to the ground.

That honor belongs to Hunter Biden and James Biden, according to Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith:

Lying to Congress to impede an ongoing congressional investigation is a serious crime. If the Department of Justice fails to act on our criminal referral and hold Hunter Biden accountable, they will once again be telling the American people there are two tiers of justice in this country. One for the wealthy and politically connected, and one for everyone else.
