Hillary Clinton drops out of fundraiser due to COVID

Hillary Clinton is NOT going to be at a fundraiser in the Hamptons for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz on Sept. 2 as originally planned.

That is because she has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

For those who are now disappointed that they will not be able to see the big loser of the 2016 presidential election, they're getting a pretty 1:1 replacement.

Bill Clinton will appear in his wife's stead.

It shows just how connected Bill and Hillary Clinton are as a married couple that Bill hasn't been in close enough contact with Hillary to also have to miss the event.

Bill Clinton will be speaking at the event along with Harris' husband, second gentleman Doug Emhoff.

Harris' campaign has been under fire for lying about guest appearances at events, even suggesting that Beyoncé would be at the DNC, something which turned out to be a complete fabrication.

Based on the Harris campaign's record of rumors regarding who is actually going to show up, who knows if Hillary really was going to be there anyway.

Only time will tell if they're lying about Bill Clinton's appearance as well.
