Hamas reverses threat of ceasefire non-compliance, will continue freeing hostages

 February 14, 2025

While running for office in 2024, Donald Trump made a few promises to the American people. One of them was to "drain the swamp" in D.C. Another was to get America's border crisis under control. He also promised to make the world a more peaceful place and end the wars that broke out during Joe Biden's administration.

So far, he's keeping his word on all of them.

Trump's united front with Israel must have had an effect on Hamas, because the terrorist group caved on Feb. 13 and said it would reverse its previous threat of non-compliance with the existing ceasefire agreement and continue freeing Israeli hostages.

Many Americans believe that President Joe Biden never would have been able to achieve this kind of result.

It's Trump's strength that played a huge role in convincing Hamas to do what was right.

According to Breitbart, "U.S. President Donald Trump warned of consequences for Hamas if it refused to continue in honoring the agreement."

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also got tough after Hamas threatened to keep the hostages.

Hamas is due to free three Israeli hostages in return for dozens of Palestinian prisoners on Feb. 15.

"Hamas confirms its continued position to implement the agreement in accordance with what was signed, including the exchange of prisoners according to the specified timetable," the terrorist group said after some convincing.
