Haley Says DeSantis Campaign "Blew Through" $150M

Republican presidential candidate and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis may have to pay for this one.

According to former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, DeSantis has spent a whopping $150 million on his campaigning efforts.

Among the things on which DeSantis overspent, according to Haley, was private planes.

During the recent GOP debate, Haley took a blow to DeSantis, asking, “Haley said, “If leadership’s about getting things done, how did you blow through $150 million in your campaign and you were down in the polls?”

What may be even more of a jaw-dropping statement is how those funds were spent.

Haley called on DeSantis’ inability to manage his money and a failing campaign.

“What I will tell you is, look, if you can’t manage a campaign -- it's been a revolving door of political people in and out of his campaign. You’ve heard of campaign people going to blows with each other because they can’t all agree — $150 million, and he spent more on private planes than commercials,” Haley said.
