GOP nominee for North Carolina schools superintendent has history of radical comments

 March 17, 2024

The Republican nominee in North Carolina for superintendent of public instruction, Michele Morrow, is under serious scrutiny for past comments she has made about former President Barack Obama and President Joe Biden.

Morrow believes that both Obama and Biden, along with a host of other Democrat higher-ups, are all guilty of treason against the United States.

Reporters combed through Morrow's social media between 2019 and 2021 and found a host of extremist comments calling for capital punishment for Democrats who she believes crossed a line and betrayed the nation.

In particular, Morrow believes Democrats who advocated totalitarian lockdowns in 2020 and 2021 were especially guilty as she used hashtags like #DeathToTraitors.

Morrow did address the report in a tweet where she doubled down, saying, "According to @KFILE and @CNN @CNNPolitics, Obama’s drone attacks on hundreds of innocent Muslims in Yemen are not treasonous. The insanity of the media demonstrates the need to teach K-12 students real history and critical thinking skills. #ncpol"

Leftists who are up in arms about Morrow's rhetoric are the same ones who have been escalating rhetoric against former President Donald Trump. Apparently, extremism is only a problem when it comes from the right.
