Glenn Youngkin Pardons Dad Who Protested School Board After Daughter's Sexual Assault

September 12, 2023

FINALLY, some COMMON SENSE in this country in regards to our legal system.

America has seen TOO MANY conservative men be persecuted for political reasons lately, and Donald Trump might not even be the most outrageous example.

That honor just might go to Scott Smith.

Smith is famous for being the man who was convicted of disorderly conduct for his behavior at a school board meeting.

At the meeting, Smith was furious with officials who showed complete disregard and incompetence after Smith's daughter was sexually assaulted.

His behaviors landed him a conviction for disorderly conduct.

That is until Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin recently stepped in and fixed this absurd decision.

Smith received an official government pardon from Youngkin.

"I spoke with Mr. Smith on Friday, and I had the privilege of telling Mr. Smith that I will pardon him, and we did that on Friday," Youngkin said. "We righted a wrong. He should've never been prosecuted here. This was a dad standing up for his daughter. His daughter had been sexually assaulted in the bathroom of a school, and no one was doing anything about it."
