Fox News's Heinrich calls out Karine Jean-Pierre for 'dense slew of lies' about border

Fox News reporter Jaqui Heinrich called out White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Tuesday for an "unusually dense slew of lies" about the border, including blaming Republicans for cutting border security funding.

The Washington Post gave Jean-Pierre "three Pinocchios" for the above claim.

Jean-Pierre also lied about Texas law enforcement preventing Border Patrol agents from rescuing drowning migrants, when the migrants had actually drowned an hour before any agents got involved, according to the Justice Department and Gov. Greg Abbott.

"White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre delivered an unusually dense slew of lies on Tuesday during an audio-only press briefing, lying about everything from the U.S. (Texas) border to the number of police officers killed on January 6, 2021 (zero)," Heinrich said.

"White House press secretaries are known to stretch the truth, but Jean-Pierre’s latest performance was unusually disingenuous," she added.

Biden's press secretaries have been flat-out lying since he took office, but it's nice to see someone pointing that out.
