Fourth IRS whistleblower confirms prosecutors protected Hunter Biden

September 25, 2023

IRS agent Darrell Waldon, who is the fourth whistleblower to come forward against President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, confirmed that prosecutors in California and Washington D.C. protected Hunter Biden from criminal charges.

Waldon testified to the House Ways and Means Committee that now-special counsel David Weiss was blocked from prosecutor Hunter Biden by leftist prosecutors.

Waldon said, "Mr. Weiss went to the U.S. Attorney’s Office — I can’t recall the dates — and they did not agree to prosecute the case in D.C. I’m aware that it was presented to the District of Columbia and, at some point, the Central District of California, I believe."

While Weiss did end up indicting Hunter Biden in Delaware on federal gun charges after a separate plea deal collapsed, he was previously unable to bring charges against Hunter Biden in districts outside of his own.

Attorney General Merrick Garland attempted to claim that no such limitations were placed on Weiss, but he was forced to admit by House Oversight Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH) that those prosecutors had refused to partner with him.

This testimony further confirms that the DOJ has been working to protect the Biden family, and there is no denying that there is a two-tier system in America today.
