Former CNN anchor Brian Stelter claims Hunter Biden laptop was never labeled as Russian disinformation

Brian Stelter, who was canned from CNN for his egregious political bias in his reporting, claimed that Hunter Biden’s laptop was never labeled as Russian disinformation.

Stelter, who is now working for Harvard University, did an interview with the Fourth Watch podcast and attempted to rewrite history.

Stelter claimed during the interview that, "A lot of us just wondered, we said out loud, ‘Could this be?’ We said things like ‘some former U.S. officials think it might be,’ it was always cushioned – it was not always, it was often cushioned that way. And now in retrospect, two years later, three years later, people like partisans like to pretend that it was labeled disinformation, which it wasn’t. There was concern. There was reason to be concerned not because of the Hillary emails, but because of the Russian attempt in 2016."

Stelter apparently hasn't learned any lessons from getting fired by CNN and also doesn't seem to understand that his own statements on Hunter Biden's laptop can be found with a simple internet search.

Back in October 2020, Stelter said, "There's a lot about this story that does not add up. And, I mean, for all we know, these emails were made up, or maybe some are real, and some are fakes, we don't know. But we do know that this is a classic example of the right-wing media machine."

Other media organizations ran with the Russian disinformation angle and Americans were denied the truth until Joe Biden was safely sworn in as President of the United States. Stelter's attempt to rewrite history is an attempt to cover up the fact that the liberal media protected Joe Biden from a legitimate scandal that could have cost him the election.
