Former Arizona Supreme Court Justice leading inquiry into ballot printing mishap during 2022 midterms

Former Arizona Supreme Court Chief Justice Ruth McGregor will be leading an inquiry into a ballot printing mishap that occurred in the Phoenix, Arizona, area during the 2022 midterm elections.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors announced on Friday that McGregor would be handling an investigation into why printers were having trouble with certain select ballots despite "using the same settings."

The board issued a statement saying, "This Board of Supervisors has always been committed to continuous improvement. When things don’t work, we find out why. Today we are announcing an important step in our efforts to get to the bottom of the printer issues that affected some Vote Centers."

The investigation was created after Maricopa County polling locations reported multiple irregularities. Despite the widespread reports of issues, Democrats have insisted that the Arizona elections were secure and accurate.

McGregor will be in charge of sorting those irregularities out and ensuring that the midterm elections in Arizona were indeed secure.

Maricopa county has long been the site of election irregularities and allegations of cheating. It is long past time that the mess be cleaned up before another election is tainted with allegations of cheating.
