Country performer Elle King's scheduled show on Friday at Billy Bob’s Texas has been postponed until September following her drunken performance at Dolly Parton's 78th birthday tribute earlier this month.

There was no explanation given for the postponement, and refunds were offered if fans could not attend the rescheduled show.

King slurred her words during the aforementioned performance and repeatedly shouted "F**k!" at the family-friendly show.

At one point, King said, “I’ll tell you one thing more: ‘Hi, my name is Elle King [and] I’m f—king hammered.’”

The Opry apologized for King's language the next day, saying, “We deeply regret and apologize for the language that was used during last night’s second Opry performance."

Some social media users speculated that King's "disrespect" at the Opry caused the delay. "You can’t disrespect Dolly and then come here. Texas ain’t Tennessee,” one user commented.
