Election interference? Hunter Biden indicted, Joe Biden investigated with impeachment inquiry

Just when you thought the election interference couldn't get any worse, Republicans launched an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden and his son was indicted all in the same week.

It may or may not be intentional, but these actions and the four indictments of former President Donald Trump will all have an impact on the 2024 presidential race.

The director of George Washington University's School of Media and Public Affairs put it this way: "The more Hunter Biden is in the news, the more impeachment is in the news, the more all this other stuff is in the news, the less Biden can talk about things he wants to talk about."

The Bidens are less likely to get public sympathy over their troubles, because the investigations have been going on for years in some cases, and indictments have been expected for a while now.

There doesn't seem to be the outrage over Biden's impeachment inquiry that there was over both of Trump's, either.

People have to expect that if the DOJ and various partisan state DAs see fit to go after Trump, the kid gloves will be off where Biden is concerned as well.
