Durbin Says Clarence Thomas Must Recuse Himself From Any Trump Case

Democrats have never been too keen on using sound logic to influence their opinions, and I don't think they're planning on starting anytime soon.

Sen. Dick Durbin, a Democrat from Illinois, is proving that to be true yet again.

Durbin, the Senate majority whip and chair of the Judiciary Committee, recently started giving his opinions about Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and his wife, Ginni.

As you may have guessed, Durbin is not a fan.

In fact, he thinks that because of Ginni Thomas' alleged support for Donald Trump's attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election, Clarence Thomas should recuse himself from any Supreme Court decision involving the former president..

He said that Ginni's support of Trump created "unanswered questions about the relationship of the justice and his family with the Trump administration."
