Don Trump Jr. praises Kimberly Guilfoyle despite ending relationship
Donald Trump Jr. might be enjoying his time with new girlfriend Bettina Anderson, but he's insisting that he and his longtime fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle will always share a "special bond."
"Kimberly and I will never stop caring for each other and will always keep a special bond," Trump Jr. said.
He also congratulated her for being nominated to serve as America's ambassador to Greece.
"I could not be more proud of her and the important role she’ll continue to play in my father‘s administration," Don Jr. added.
Donald Jr. is working hard to protect Guilfoyle's reputation as rumors of rifts between her and the Trump family circulate.
Guilfoyle is also dealing with renewed attention after a story resurfaced that she may have been guilty of sexual harassment while working at Fox News and was let go as a result.
"Anyone taking baseless and petty fake news cheap shots at her in the tabloids are just embarrassing themselves," Don Jr. said.
"She’s been an undefeated prosecutor, national TV news star, a leader of the MAGA movement and close advisor to the president. The people of Greece are getting an absolute star and now the whole world will see it more than ever," he concluded. "Since the very beginning, no one on Team Trump has worked harder than Kimberly to help elect and reelect my father -- and no one deserves this ambassadorship more than she does."
