Disgraced former Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby convicted of mortgage fraud

Former District Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby is GUILTY.

According to the Baltimore Sun, prosecutors accused Mosby of withdrawing nearly $40,000 out of her city retirement account for supposed "hardship" purposes, then used it to buy a second home.

She even went so far as to say she needed that sum of money due to COVID-related financial issues.

That’s a bold statement coming from someone who made nearly a quarter of a million dollars a year during the time in question.

Financial trouble?

The last time we checked, you don’t buy a new property if you’re in the middle of a financial hardship.

Nice try, Mosby.

Now, Mosby has officially been convicted of mortgage fraud and is facing up to 40 years behind bars for her crimes.

What is with all these Democrats believing the rules don’t apply to them?

The sooner Democrats like Mosby realize that in this country NO ONE is above the law, the better.

We commend those who held Mosby accountable for her crimes.]
