Hunter Biden business associate Devon Archer canceled his scheduled Monday testimony before the House Oversight Committee, making it the third time he did so.

Archer was subpoenaed in June to give a deposition to the committee, answering its questions about his business dealings with Hunter Biden and whether or not President Joe Biden had ever been involved in those dealings.

"[T]he Committee has reviewed, and public reporting indicates that Mr. Archer played a significant role in the Biden family’s business deals abroad, including but not limited to China, Russia, and Ukraine," the committee said.  "Additionally, while undertaking these ventures with the Biden family, your client met with then-Vice President Biden on multiple occasions, including in the White House."

Archer attended Yale University with Hunter Biden. They both served on the board of Burisma, and he was photographed golfing with Joe Biden in 2014.

The very existence of Devon Archer makes President Joe Biden a liar, in that it proves he did know about Hunter Biden's business dealings and had talked to his business partners.

Archer had to resign from the Burisma board after he was arrested in 2016. He was also convicted in 2022 of defrauding a Native American tribe and ordered to pay more than $43 million in restitution.
