DeSantis warns House GOP about dangers of impeaching Biden

Florida Gov. and GOP presidential candidate Ron DeSantis gave a warning to House Republicans who plan to launch a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden next week.

"When I'm going through Iowa, Republican voters obviously are not fond of Joe Biden. Yes, they're concerned about Hunter and all this money. But they're more concerned about what's happening at our border. They're more concerned about what's happening with the economy," DeSantis said Sunday on NBC's Meet the Press.

"Make sure you're not ignoring all these other issues," the Florida governor continued. "And don't use that inquiry as kind of a Trojan horse to not then meet your responsibilities on all these other things."

It's clear that Biden needs to be investigated for his connections to Hunter's business dealings and other money transactions that were sent to different family members.

Republicans can't just give Biden a pass and ignore his wrongdoing, especially if it involved using his position to enrich his family members by doing political favors for China and other nations.

Surely the GOP can do two things at once -- investigate Biden corruption and work to improve the economy and border security. And well they should.
