Dan Bongino And Fox News Part Ways

Dan Bongino has been on the Fox News team for forever.

Make that WAS. Dan Bongino WAS on the Fox News team forever.

Both parties have confirmed that the host and the network are parting ways.

Bongino broke the news on his podcast, saying "regretfully, last week was my last show on the Fox News channel."

"It's tough to say that. I'd been there doing hits and working there for ten years," Bongino said. "So, the show ending last week was tough. It's not some big conspiracy... we just couldn't come to terms on an extension." He added:

They were good to me for ten years.

Bongino started on the network as an occasional commentator before hosting his own program, Unfiltered with Dan Bongino.

The network confirmed the departure as well.

"We thank Dan for his contributions and wish him success in his future endeavors," Fox News said in a statement on April 20.
