House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) said Tuesday that he would request government records of a meeting said to have taken place between the FBI and Dr. Gal Luft, a Biden family whistleblower who has just been charged with not registering as a foreign agent because he had dealings with CEFC, a Chinese energy company with which Hunter Biden also had dealings.

Luft said he gave incriminating evidence about the Biden family to the FBI and DOJ in Brussels in 2019, but that nothing was ever done about it.

A document uncovered by New York Post reporter Miranda Devine allegedly proves that a meeting took place.

“Luft supposedly shared info with the FBI on the Bidens & CEFC,” Comer posted on Twitter Tuesday. “I will request this record.”

Many of the Biden family shell companies had dealings with CEFC, and after Hunter Biden's business partner Rob Walker got $3 million from the company, he distributed $1.3 million of it to several Biden family members.

It is ironic that Luft was charged with violating FARA, but Hunter Biden was not, even though Biden did the exact same things that Luft did in order to be charged.
