CNN Uses Fake Clip Of Ron DeSantis

Ron DeSantis has been getting torched for calling Trump supporters "listless vessels."

There's just one problem with that argument.

Ron DeSantis NEVER called Trump supporters "listless vessels."

It was all a lie completely fabricated by America's liberal media.

Sure, there is video of Ron DeSantis saying those words, but it was edited from its original form and taken out of context.

That's an important bit of context that many people in America are choosing to ignore though.

Ken Cuccinelli recently appeared on CNN to chastise the network for airing the misleading cut of Ron DeSantis speaking.

"He wasn’t talking about Trump supporters!" Cuccinelli cried.

DeSantis had said that "A movement can’t be about the personality of one individual. If all we are is listless vessels that are just supposed to follow whatever happens to come down the pike on Truth Social every morning, that's not going to be a durable moment."

Cuccinelli explained how this was taken out of context by CNN:

Everybody just saw there that there was a cut. You cut from the beginning of that quote to the ‘listless vessels.’ You just did what the problem is. So everyone who just watched that, understand, go read the transcript. There was a pretty big gap in your cut. So he's talking about some of the folks in D.C. who’ve endorsed Trump. He’s talking about the more general environment and referring to all of us collectively.
