California's Restrictions On Concealed Carry Struck Down

 January 10, 2024

Given the ultra-liberal wasteland that it's become, it's no surprise that California has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country.

Despite areas like Los Angeles being one of the most crime-filled and dangerous places in the country, lawmakers in California want to ensure that only the criminals have guns, because law-abiding citizens aren't allowed to possess them without jumping through some serious hoops.

Luckily, one of those hoops was destroyed.

It doesn't happen often, but America's Second Amendment (and common sense) just scored a big victory.

A panel of the 9th Circuit Court recently struck down California's ban on concealed carry permit users bringing their gun to many places outside the home.

That means that even the people who obtained a gun legally in California weren't previously able to exercise their Second Amendment rights.

Now, 2A lovers in California just got a little bit closer to freedom.

Liberal Gov. Gavin Newsom was FURIOUS:

"Extremist judges have overturned CA's gun law and are insisting that guns be allowed at our playgrounds, libraries, and hospitals," he said. "This is exactly why we need to pass a U.S. Constitutional Amendment that will put in place universal background checks, a ban on assault weapons, and raising the age to purchase a gun to 21."
