The Supreme Court of the United States of America has made another bombshell decision.
This time, it's victory not for the pro-life crowd, but the pro-gun crowd.
SCOTUS recently "vacated and remanded a number of cases centered on an 'assault weapons' ban in Maryland, a 'high capacity' magazine ban in California, and carry restrictions in Hawaii," according to Breitbart.
Quickly-rising star of conservatives Clarence Thomas authored the majority opinion:
"While that judicial deference to legislative interest balancing is understandable—and, elsewhere, appropriate—it is not deference that the Constitution demands here."
The rulings being vacated means that lower courts will now revisit the cases equipped with the new June 23 NYSRPA v. Bruen ruling.
"The Second and Fourteenth Amendments protect an individual’s right to carry a handgun for self-defense outside the home," Thomas said.
