Republicans are NOT supposed to be the preferred party of Hispanic voters.
I'm not really sure why, but liberals thought they had the right to simply claim any groups of minorities as belonging to them. Instead of letting Hispanic voters make their own decisions, liberals thought they knew what was best for them.
That isn't the case. Polls are showing that Hispanic voters are finally standing up to the left.
A recent Telemundo poll found that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is holding a lead over his Democrat opponent as election day approaches.
Over half of Hispanic voters in Florida support DeSantis.
Just 44% chose his liberal opponent, Representative Charlie Crist.
Seven points isn't exactly a death sentence, but that's not a gap that's going to be closed easily between now and election day. Especially when we've only got two weeks to go.
