President Joe Biden has been caught pushing a story about a child victim of rape having to travel to receive an abortion despite having next to no proof.
The President's story was so far-fetched that even The Washington Post called out the White House, saying the story was "very difficult" to authenticate.
President Biden told the story during a speech on Friday saying, "Just last week, it was reported that a 10-year-old girl was a rape victim — 10 years old — and she was forced to have to travel out of state to Indiana to seek to terminate the pregnancy and maybe save her life."
The Washington Post's Glenn Kessler responded to the story by saying, "This is the account of a one-source story that quickly went viral around the world — and into the talking points of the president."
It seems that the White House heard this story and didn't bother to authenticate it. When Kessler tried to follow up on the story, the original author "did not respond."
Leftist activists have been looking to manipulate Americans using the most extreme abortion stories possible. Unfortunately for them, such stories are incredibly rare; they have to resort to fabrication and mislead the American people.
