A star has died.
Comedian Leslie Jordan was 67.
The exact details of the situation remain unknown at this time, but Fox News reported that a fatal car accident occurred around 9 a.m. on October 24.
Jordan had enjoyed a resurgence in popularity lately, perhaps because of his ability to simply make people happy. During the COVID pandemic, the world needed that.
"The world is definitely a much darker place today without the love and light of Leslie Jordan," Leslie's agent said. "Not only was he a mega talent and joy to work with, but he provided an emotional sanctuary to the nation at one of it's most difficult times."
Leslie Jordan will be remembered for his roles on projects like "Will & Grace" and "American Horror Story."
