October 27, 2022

Americans are concerned about the amount of diesel left for the United States after President Joe Biden has released reserves at record-breaking levels, more than any president in history.

"The diesel levels have the Biden administration concerned heading into winter and ahead of the November midterms," reported JustTheNews.

"The United States has less than a month's supply of diesel fuel in its stockpiles, the lowest level in roughly 14 years heading into the winter months," reported JustThenews.

A report from the United States Energy Information Administration can be seen here.

"The US is has just 25 days of diesel supply, the lowest since 2008, according to the Energy Information Administration. At the same time, the four-week rolling average of distillates supplied, a proxy for demand, rose to its highest seasonal level since 2007. While weekly demand dipped slightly, it’s still at highest point in two years amid higher trucking, farming and heating use," reported Bloomberg.

"U.S. Energy Data released last week shows that the country has 25.4 days of diesel fuel in its stockpile. Levels of diesel fuel, used for heating, farming and trucking, have not been this low since spring 2008," reported JustTheNews.

"National Economic Council Director Brian Deese on Wednesday said diesel inventories are 'unacceptably low' and 'all options are on the table' for the administration to increase supplies and reduce prices," JustTheNews reported.
