A new Rasmussen Reports survey released on Thursday found that Florida has become the 'most desirable' state to live in under the leadership of Governor Ron DeSantis (R).
The survey gave respondents a list of states, including California, Texas, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Illinois, as well as "some other state" to choose from.
Florida was the undisputed champion, with 18% of respondents saying they would move there. California was far behind at 11%, which speaks to the immense appeal the Golden State holds despite the ongoing exodus of residents.
Most interesting, Florida was the second most popular state to move to with Democrat respondents.
For all the hatred being spewed at Governor DeSantis, the results can't be denied. Florida is prospering and was one of the quickest states to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic.
Now everyone wants to live in Florida, even those who claim they hate Governor DeSantis and his leadership.
