BREAKING: Donald Trump Just Told America What FBI Really Took - CRAZY

August 16, 2022

Former President Trump is claiming that the FBI stole his passports when the raided his private residence last week.

Donald J. posted the news on Truth Social:

"In the raid by the FBI of Mar-a-Lago, they stole my three Passports (one expired), along with everything else, this is an assault on a political opponent at a level never seen before in our Country. Third World!"

Despite Donald's claim, the passports were not itemized on the list of 28 items that the FBI supposedly took from Trump's residence.

If you believe the FBI only took 28 items, I've got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.

The warrant, which was personally approved by Merrick Garland, did NOT state that Trump's passport could be seized.

If they really did take his passport, it's probably a violation of the Fourth Amendment, which would mean that items seized in the search could not be used in future prosecution of Donald Trump.

The Fourth Amendment states "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
