BREAKING: Donald Trump Issues SHOCK Order - Media Didn't Know...

August 15, 2022

Former President Donald Trump revealed that he had issued a "standing order" declassifying the documents that the FBI seized during a raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate.

Trump's legal team appears to be preparing to take on the FBI and the Department of Justice using the precedent set by former President George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

Essentially, the President and the Vice President hold the strongest power to declassify information and are not subject to the vigorous process that normally takes place to declassify information.

In theory, the President or Vice President could declassify anything they see fit. Of course, that is unusual and presidents tend to utilize their discretion in determining what to declassify.

Ultimately, what matters most is that Trump has a bulletproof argument to use against the FBI and those who are determined to sink him by any means necessary.

A statement from Trump's legal team read, "He had a standing order that documents removed from the Oval Office and taken into the residence were deemed to be declassified. The power to classify and declassify documents rests solely with the President of the United States."
