Former Democratic Party Representative Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii didn't waste any time before speaking out against her former party.
"Former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard chastised her former party Thursday night, claiming that powerful people in the Democratic Party are denying "objective truth" and bullying those who did not agree," reported Washington Examiner.
"Gabbard, who left the Democratic Party on Tuesday, blasted members of the Left for allegedly erasing the existence of women by not addressing the biological differences between the two sexes," according to Washington Examiner.
"We have an administration in the White House, and woke politicians in Washington, a Supreme Court justice, who are unable and unwilling to define what a woman is," Gabbard said. "Those who don't believe that there is such a thing as a woman are also denying that there is such a thing as truth."
"And what happens in our society when we have people in the highest positions of power who deny the existence of objective truth, what happens is then there is no such thing as truth. ... Truth becomes whatever the people in power at any given moment want it to be," Gabbard said.
"I believe in a government that is of the people, by the people, and for the people," said Gabbard. "Unfortunately, today’s Democratic Party does not. Instead, it stands for a government of, by, and for the powerful elite."
