The fact that only 15 people were shot in Chicago last Friday into Saturday night might seem like a lull in typically higher levels of gun violence, if not for the fact that six of the people shot sustained fatal wounds.
The shootings ranged from 7:15 p.m. on Friday to 3 p.m. on Saturday, all men between the ages of 18 and 65.
A double shooting occurred after an argument, causing two mens' deaths.
In two separate incidents, bodies were found after the shootings.
Two of the shootings resulted in victims being taken to a hospital, where they later died.
