Justice Department seeks to jail man over Hillary Clinton meme

February 15, 2023

Breitbart News' daily podcast aired on Valentine's Day with some interesting information about Biden's Department of Justice trying to put a man behind bars over a Hillary Clinton meme.

Breitbart's editor-in-chief and podcast host, Alex Marlow, began the podcast with a report on how Republicans have better relationships than Democrats.

"Of course, that make sense, and Alex explains why," Breitbart reported. "Then, Alex has the latest on the China spy balloons, illegal aliens voting, the chemical explosion in Ohio, and the emerging 2024 presidential field."

James Lawrence was a guest on the show. Lawrence is the attorney defending Douglass Mackey (aka @Ricky_Vaughn99) in the 2016 election Hillary meme case.

One commenter on Breitbart's page said, "This would mean that all those yard signs that said, 'HILLARY CLINTON FOR PRISON' were election interference."

The commenter is not wrong. We have a hypocritical administration.

The Department of Justice is prosecuting Douglass Mackey for a meme trolling Hillary Clinton’s supporters during the 2016 election.

The lawsuit claims that Mackey was engaging in election interference. The case raises questions about free speech online.

The Breitbart News Daily Podcast is hosted by Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow. In the podcast, you’ll hear Alex’s take on the big political stories, interviews with various newsmakers, and the Patriot "Caller of the Day."
