Reports: Biden's 2024 Fundraising 'Sluggish'

April 29, 2023

Donald Trump has been bringing in donations in record numbers since his indictment in New York, with many of those dollars coming from people who had never even donated to him before.

The indictment strapped a rocket to Trump's campaign because it proved that everything Trump had been saying for years about the "political witch hunt" against him had been true the entire time. It gave his current fans reason to come out of the woodwork and say, "I told you so" and gave the skeptics the proof they needed to believe in him moving forward.

Unfortunately for Joe Biden, the same can NOT be said about the beginning of his 2024 presidential campaign.

Fewer than 25% of Democrats feel excited about Biden's second run toward the White House, and only 39% of Americans currently approve of the job the president is doing.

Biden officially announced his campaign on April 25, and his team promised to release fundraising numbers within 48 hours. When the deadline came and went with no dollars being discussed, the reason became clear.

The president simply isn't collecting enough donations to say anything. According to Breitbart, Biden's team "put the disclosure on ice until the numbers appear larger."

If real Americans get their way, those numbers are never going to appear larger.
