Biden twists founding documents, calls Supreme Court 'not normal'

President Joe Biden's reaction to the Supreme Court's recent spate of constitutionally-based decisions has been unhinged, and it shows the way he and the left are twisting the country's founding documents and principles to suit their views of how things should be.

When discussing the Court's ruling to dismantle affirmative action in college and university admissions on MSNBC, Biden said that the ruling violated the "Constitution's" principle that "all men and women are created equal."

Never mind that that statement is actually in the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution; MSNBC hosts and viewers probably didn't know that anyway. How does getting rid of institutionalized discrimination translate into people not being created equal?

He also said that the Court was "not normal," which is a way to say that its rulings are wrong when they are based on actual constitutional principles rather than one party's whims.

He further said that the Dobbs decision's reversal of Roe v. Wade last year and now the affirmative action decision overturned gains "we fought a war over in 1860" to secure. What?

It's unlikely that anyone in 1860 could have expected or predicted that minorities would be given preference for college admissions and jobs, and abortion certainly wasn't something related to the Civil War. Biden is using twisted leftist logic to tie everything together and make his viewpoints seem constitutional and patriotic when they are anything but.
