Biden Says Threat Of Putin Using Nuclear Weapons Is 'Real'

On June 19, President Joe Biden admitted to America that our worst fears about Vladimir Putin might not be able to be avoided for much longer.

Russia has deployed nuclear weapons in Belarus, and Joe Biden does not think that Putin is bluffing about using them.

"When I was out here about two years ago saying I worried about the Colorado river drying up, everybody looked at me like I was crazy," Biden told a group of donors.

"They looked at me like when I said I worry about Putin using tactical nuclear weapons. It's real," Biden continued.

Russia has previously dismissed the president's criticisms about them deploying nuclear weapons by saying "the U.S. had for decades deployed such nuclear weapons in Europe."

The Russian deployment is being watched closely not only by America, but also by China. Beijing repeatedly warned Putin not to go nuclear during its war in Ukraine.
