Biden rambles during Vietnam presser, says he's 'going to bed' in mid-sentence

September 12, 2023

President Joe Biden continues to gaffe and sleep his way through his presidency, as was once again seen during a recent trip to Vietnam.

According to Fox News, after wrapping up his visit to the Group of 20 summit in New Delhi, India, Biden stopped in Hanoi, Vietnam, partly to answer questions about America's current relationship with China when he made a bizarre remark to the reporters in the room.

"But I tell you what, I don't know about you, but I'm going to go to bed," Biden said.

The situation was so incredibly and embarrassingly awkward that the president, who rambled after the bedtime remark, was literally cut off presumably by one of his handlers.

Video of the humiliating clip of the rambling, confused and tired president quickly went viral.

"What did you talk about with Mr. Li? You said you spoke with the number two from China in India today," the reporter asked.

"Yeah, we talked…we talked about…we talked about it at the conference. Overall, we talked about stability," Biden said, looking tired as he tried to force the words out. "We talked about making sure that the Third World, the Third World….the Southern Hemisphere had access to change. It had access."

Fox News noted:

During his visit to Vietnam, Biden entered a comprehensive strategic partnership with the country to renew "the strength and dynamism of the U.S.‐Vietnam relationship as both countries work together to achieve our shared goals of peace, prosperity, and sustainable development."

Social media users torched the president, who continues to embarrass the United States on the world stage more often than not. Many called out his age-related cognitive challenges and his overall appearance of looking weak and tired.

"And Democrats wonder why Biden isn’t polling better," Jason Miller wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

"Biden is back in DC. He almost tripped getting off the helicopter. A roundup of his trip: All he wanted to do in Vietnam was go to bed, he failed to make it back to NYC for 9/11, and then claimed to be at Ground Zero on 9/12/2001 (immediately debunked)," Citizen Free Press wrote.
