Biden DHS has 'no records' on 350,000+ illegal immigrants now in US

The Department of Homeland Security under President Joe Biden admitted in September that the agency has no records on more than 350,000 illegal immigrants it is supposed to be tracking through its Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program.

The program allows illegal immigrants to remain in the country as long as they are monitored electronically through an ankle bracelet or cell phone data, but the program has apparently not been tracking any migrants since September 2019.

When the Transactional Research Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University submitted a Freedom of Information Act request in September, it was told by DHS that "no records responsive to your request were found."

Records said that 378,000 border crossers were enrolled in the program, although it wasn't known where that figure came from if there were no records that anyone could find.

How the Biden administration could lose almost 400,000 people is beyond any imagination.

With the way the administration has significantly expanded the program in recent years, there could be well over a million illegal immigrants inside the U.S. without any records or documentation whatsoever by the time Biden leaves office.
