Jill Biden must be absolutely HORRIFIED about this.

Despite her constant attempts to make it seem like Joe Biden has some semblance of competence left, it's not working.

That's because for every speech she gives and for every time she rushes onstage to point Joe in the right direction to walk something like this happens:

Biden's cheat cards were recently exposed for all to see.

Joe apparently needs cards with images of famous world leaders on them to remember who they are and how to pronounce their names.

I get it; a lot of people aren't good with names.

But Joe Biden has built his entire career off being a slick, smooth-talking politician. He never needed to tell the truth because he was often savvy enough to get you thinking in a different direction by talking fast.

Now? He's gone from being relatively quick to the slowest man in the room.

Is that really who we want leading our country?
