Biden administration quietly kills 350K asylum cases, effectively grants 'mass amnesty'

While the nation has been distracted by the trial and guilty verdict of former President Donald Trump, the Biden administration quietly killed thousands of asylum cases and is in the process of gifting "mass amnesty" to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants.

The Biden administration is reportedly dismissing any asylum case of an individual without a criminal record or who is not deemed a threat.

This means that their case is "terminated without a decision on the merits of their asylum claim," which means they can simply disappear into the country and have no requirement to work with government officials.

Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge who works for the Center for Immigration Studies, blasted the Biden administration, saying, "This is just a massive amnesty under the guise of prosecutorial discretion. You’re basically allowing people who don’t have a right to be in the United States to be here indefinitely."

President Biden is ratcheting up his tough-on-immigration rhetoric in an attempt to court voters ahead of November but behind the scenes, his administration is letting thousands slip through the cracks purposely.

Biden really believes that rhetoric is enough to persuade voters that he will actually do something about the border. The sad part is he's not far off as there will be people who take the bait while hundreds of thousands continue to flood into the country.
