Alvin Bragg's dirty ploy in indictment of Daniel Penny over death of subway harasser Jordan Neely

 June 18, 2023

Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg's ploy to get Daniel Penny convicted over the death of Jordan Neely has finally been revealed, and it seems that the radical leftist has gone to extreme lengths to try and get the military veteran thrown in prison.

Penny was indicted on Wednesday on two counts, second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. If convicted of manslaughter, Penny faces fifteen years, but just four years if found guilty of negligence.

It seems Bragg is so desperate to avoid a defeat that he is hoping to force Penny into a plea deal for four years in prison to avoid the much longer fifteen-year sentence.

This is the same D.A. who has made a name for himself by refusing to lock up criminals. It turns out that he is only interested in prosecuting individuals like Penny who step up and protect the public from violent criminals like Neely.

The zealous prosecution of Penny has everything to do with Penny's skin color. The former Marine was not the only one who subdued Neely, but the others involved on that fateful day have yet to face charges.

If Penny is convicted of either count and is sent to prison, it is a clear sign that Americans who believe in the rule of law must flee New York City.
