Alvin Bragg Faces Two Lawsuits For Refusing To Release Trump Docs

 June 21, 2023

New York Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is now facing two lawsuits of his own.

Let's see how he likes it when the microscope is turned on him.

After bringing about the first indictment of an American president in history on baloney charges, Bragg is going to have to answer for why he made some of the decisions he did.

Most egregious of all was his refusal to comply with state Freedom of Information Law requests.

The requests were for information regarding his office's possible communications with the Justice Department over the prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

A Manhattan grand jury voted to indict Trump over his alleged role in hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016.

Although arguably unethical conduct, Trump is not being indicted for having an affair, he is being indicted based on the way the hush money payments were handled.

Of course, Bragg's indictment is of little importance to Trump lately. America agrees that his most problematic indictment is the federal one over his Mar-a-Lago documents.
