Adam Schiff blames entire Democratic Party for VP Kamala Harris' stunning election loss
Democrats are still engaging in the blame game in the wake of Vice President Kamala Harris' election loss. It's seemingly never-ending.
According to Fox News, California Senator-elect Adam Schiff held nothing back as he blamed the "entire Democratic Party" for her loss during a Meet the Press interview this week.
Host Kristen Welker called Schiff out directly by playing a clip of him just a month prior to the election claiming that Harris would win the election "overwhelmingly."
Schiff backtracked on that statement after Welker played the clip, which seemed like a subtle attempt to inquire why he, and most other high-profile Democrats, got it so wrong.
When asked what he believed went wrong with Harris and her campaign -- and Democrats in general -- Schiff placed the blame on his entire party.
"I think Joe Biden’s decision to step aside and pass the torch is the right decision. It gave us a chance to win, not a guarantee. I thought she could win. I thought she could win in all the battleground states," Schiff told Welker.

Schiff went on to make a ton of excuses for why he believes his side lost and the other side won so decisively.
Fox News noted:
Schiff said President-elect Donald Trump's victory boiled down to an "anti-incumbent wave" in the U.S. "that took out both progressives and conservatives and our party became associated with the status quo."
"That was too much to overcome. I think the principal issue is the economy," Schiff said.
He added, "And over years and decades it has gotten more and more difficult for people working full-time to make a living. And until we resolve that challenge to the economy, we may find the presidency is easier to get than it is to keep."
Schiff was also asked if he agreed with Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) in her assessment regarding Joe Biden not dropping out of the race soon enough.
"Look, I think the entire Democratic Party bears the responsibility," when asked if he believes Biden stayed in too long.
Only time will tell how long the Democrats will point fingers. It doesn't even matter at this point.
