Actress Cindy Morgan of 'Caddyshack' fame found dead

Actress Cindy Morgan, who captured the hearts of Americans in the 1980 film Caddyshack, was found dead in Florida the day before New Year's Eve.

Morgan was 69 years old and so far, no cause of death or location has been publicized.

She was best known for her role as Lacey Underall opposite of Hollywood stars Chevy Chase, Bill Murray, and Rodney Dangerfield.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office has given little to no info on Morgan's death, but it is likely that we will have more information in the coming days.

Morgan stacked up 37 acting credits over her time in Hollywood making appearances in movies like Tron and Galaxis, Silent Fury, and Up Yours.

She also made a fair number of appearances on television with credits on shows like The Love Boat, CHiPs, The Fall Guy, and Matlock.
