Actor Michael Rapaport torches Squad member Ilhan Omar over Israel disinformation

October 23, 2023

The progressive House Squad's take on the war between Israel and Hamas is so repulsive that it even has a growing number of otherwise die-hard leftist Hollywood celebrities snapping back.

According to Breitbart, actor Michael Rapaport recently torched Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) for continuing to spread the outright lie that Israel was in any way, shape, or form responsible for the misfired terrorist rocket that impacted part of a hospital in the Gaza Strip.

Not only did Omar spread the lie to begin with, she has refused to delete the comments or offer any kind of correction.

"You still have this bull s**t fake news up? You think this is being strong? Admitting your wrong or got wrong information makes you look weak huh?" Rapaport wrote in response to Omar's original tweet about the debunked hospital narrative.

In her original post, Omar blamed Israel for the strike.

Omar must have felt something about the matter, as she later attempted to defend the post.

"Our office cited an AP report yesterday that the IDF had hit a Baptist hospital in Gaza. Since then, the IDF denied responsibility and the US intelligence assessment is that this was not done by Israel," she wrote.

Still, as many pointed out, she could have deleted the post or at least admitted that she jumped the gun. Instead, she's not only refused to delete it, but she has yet to offer an apology to Israel for blaming it for the deaths and injuries of hundreds of Palestinians.

Hilariously, she later blamed the information, which she obviously knows is disinformation, on the "fog of war" on the internet.

"It is a reminder that information is often unreliable and disputed in the fog of war (especially on Twitter where misinformation is rampant). We all have a responsibility to ensure information we are sharing is from credible sources and to acknowledge as new reports come in," she wrote.

Omar went on to say, "It is critical that we have a fully independent investigation to determine conclusively who is responsible for this war crime."

Rapaport has let his feelings about the Squad be known in recent days, calling them the "the Big 3 of Jewish Hate" regarding their responses to the Hamas-led terrorist attack on Israel.

Only time will tell if Omar or any Squad members take accountability for their actions.
