Biden privately blames Obama for Russia's Ukraine invasion

A new book by veteran journalist Bob Woodward claims that President Joe Biden has privately blamed former President Barack Obama for Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

“They f**ked up in 2014,” Woodward wrote that Biden said to a friend about Russia.

“That’s why we are here,” the 81-year-old added. “We f–ked it up. Barack never took [Russian President Vladimir] Putin seriously.”

“We did nothing. We gave Putin a license to continue!” the president went on. “Well, I’m revoking his f**king license!”

Biden is referring to the annexation of Crimea by Russia in 2014; Russia was able to hold onto Crimea until the present day after sending large volumes of immigrants there.

Obama sanctioned Russia at the time but did not provide assistance to Ukraine to repel the Russian incursion.
