Members of a local SWAT team near Butler, Pennsylvania, are now speaking out, saying that the Secret Service was difficult to work with and didn't communicate properly.

If they had, President Donald J. Trump probably would have never been shot in the ear.

"We were supposed to get a face-to-face briefing with the Secret Service when they arrived, but that never happened, so I think that that was a pivotal point where I started thinking things were wrong, because that never happened," one local law enforcement officer said.
