They just simply don't work.
A call recently came into the Seattle Police Department from an eleven-year-old boy who claimed a shooting had just taken place at his house.
When officers arrived at the home, they found the entire house ablaze and all entries into the home barricaded shut.
Four people would ultimately perish.
